Peak Covid-19 is fast approaching, but how do we remove the lockdown once it has passed?

The Government has proposed wider scale testing and immunity passports for those lucky enough to have survived an infection to help lift the blanket lockdown. It is less clear what happens to those of us who may not have had the disease.

Surely there will need to be increased surveillance (testing, tracking and contact tracing) along with a duty to notify and tighter quarantine restrictions if you test positive. This may only work if there are penalties for non-compliance and employers do not coerce people back to work or discriminate against those that test positive or refuse to put themselves at risk.
