About me
As well as establishing Edge, George works directly with clients on a range of projects from national programmes of work through to helping teams in hospitals to deliver operational improvements with advanced analytics tools, such as SpaceFinder.
George has worked on many programmes and projects in different organisations giving him a valuable breadth and depth of experience. This includes leading transformation work with PwC through to establishing the new pricing function within Monitor (NHSI) and starting-up Edge Health.
George has a background in economics and data science, which he brings to his work with the NHS. A core part of George’s approach is providing a clear narrative for complex analysis so that its insights are actionable for people with a range of backgrounds (clinical, operational, administrative, etc.).
As Co-founder of Edge, George has developed and set up a range of internal structures and processes to ensure that the organisation delivers outputs in line with its core values. This has included a range of processes to ensure compliance with information governance requirements and is underpinned by ISO27001 and ISO9001 accreditations.
