About Me
Constantine’s background lies in the utilisation of economic and statistical modelling techniques, aimed at improving both decision-making processes and operational effectiveness. During his time with Edge, he has worked on projects related to the structure of mental health services and the use of rehabilitation services.
For NHS England, he led the demand and capacity modelling of community beds and presented national outputs that were used in operational dashboards across ICBs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he also modelled the epidemiological impacts of air travel restrictions for numerous industry bodies and organisations which consistently contributed to governmental policy-making decisions.
