About Me
Tom has a background in biomedical engineering and health informatics. His experience includes working with senior clinicians to develop measures to pinpoint consultant outcomes for the National Consultant Information Programme, and leading a risk adjustment project with the purpose to risk-adjust consultant outcomes information in the NHS.
