About Me
Virginia has a background in health economics and experience in data collection, analysis, visualisation and modelling.
Virginia has led multiple engagements supporting Trusts on the ground, managed large national data programmes and managed teams to develop sophisticated analyses to support quality improvement.
She recently led a team of analysts and engineers to work with clinical and coding experts to develop content for several specialties for the NCIP and GIRFT programmes, including identifying metrics to pinpoint unwarranted variation, supporting product releases, managing data refresh cycles and content updates.
